Retrain Your Breath is a collaborative project between a Greek and a Belgian physiotherapist. They share a common passion for breathing and have each developed their own unique expertise over the years. They aim to use this extensive knowledge and experience to guide (elite) athletes toward improved performance. Breathing is one of the most underestimated aspects in sports—both for athletes with and without physical complaints.
