We offer personalized training programs for athletes who want to boost their performance and for athletes with respiratory issues, physical complaints, or mental challenges. We focus on optimizing breathing, recovery, sleep quality, and strengthening mental capabilities. The training is performed independently and lasts 15 to 30 minutes per day. You can choose to perform the training with or without biofeedback (HRV).

Our method addresses the complexity of the body and sports performance. We use different techniques to train the autonomic nervous system. This training optimizes breathing, heart function, blood circulation in muscles, oxygenation, recovery, sleep, energy, and mental capabilities.

Through our method, we support athletes with respiratory issues and physical or mental challenges.

Online physiotherapy

Training guidance can be provided either online or in the clinic. For athletes within Belgium, treatment can be covered by insurance through a physiotherapy prescription. For athletes outside Belgium, reimbursement may be available through their own health insurance provider.
