We offer personalized training programs for athletes who want to boost their performance and for athletes with respiratory issues, physical complaints, or mental challenges. We focus on optimizing breathing, recovery, sleep quality, and strengthening mental capabilities. The training is performed independently and lasts 15 to 30 minutes per day. You can choose to perform the training with or without biofeedback (HRV).
With our method, we focus on aspects that are often overlooked in sports coaching. These aspects are of particular value to every athlete. Through our unique expertise, years of practical experience, and knowledge of scientific literature, we have developed our own method.

Training guidance can be provided either online or in the clinic. For athletes within Belgium, treatment can be covered by insurance through a physiotherapy prescription. For athletes outside Belgium, reimbursement may be available through their own health insurance provider.
